Brianne got into the fitness world via the thing she loves to do most: dance. She became a Zumba and Cardio Dance instructor in 2008 and has been teaching group fitness classes since. She obtained her Personal Trainer's certification in 2013 and her 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification in 2016. She has worked primarily with folks looking to lose weight and integrates education and accountability around nutrition into her programs. Originally from Oshkosh, Wisconsin, she lived and worked in the K-12 education and nonprofit sectors in the Mississippi Delta for 10 years before moving to Boston for graduate school.
