Pliable Power is a self-massage therapy class that uses breathing techniques and massage therapy balls to knead muscle fascia trigger points in the body.

 

 

Through class you will:

  • Improve athletic performance
  • Uncover “blind spots” in the body
  • Release stress and anxiety

 

Class will use a yoga mat, a yoga strap, yoga blocks, and Roll Model Method Therapy balls. No matter your fitness level or goals, you can benefit from Pliable Power.
