Group Training Sessions

45 - Minute session for $25 per person

With proper technique, boxing will utilize your arms, legs, and abdominals to produce force behind each punch. Mix in strength and conditioning and you will be wondering why you spent so much time on the treadmill. Still not sure? Try a class!
