Ryan Dando

Born with a genuine desire to bring out the best in those around him, personal training was an obvious career choice for Ryan.  A member of the BHAC team since 2008, Ryan received his personal training certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  He’s also certified in functional mobility, a system that identifies and corrects functional movement limitations and asymmetries, resulting in more effective physical conditioning and strength building. Most recently, Ryan earned his USA Weight Lifting Level I Sports Performance Coaching certification, and is expert in the advanced weight lifting programs and techniques used by Olympic level athletes.  Always thirsting for knowledge, Ryan is currently enrolled in the Precision Nutrition System.

 

Ryan wants every client to live up to his or her own potential, and believes in supremely customized training regimens. He’s an avid weight lifter, enjoys spending time with family and friends, and enjoys professional sporting events.


Will Campbell

Will earned his undergraduate degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Northeastern University.  He then furthered his knowledge of the human body by becoming an MRI Technologist where he specialized in cardiac, musculoskeletal, and spinal imaging. Will is a certified Olympic Weightlifting coach and CrossFit™ trainer, and his passion is developing specialized programming for strength, mobility, movement integrity and athletic performance. He enjoys helping the everyday person reach his or her goals by becoming stronger, more fit and more confident in their abilities.


Will loves playing golf, going on nature walks with wife and their dog Lucy, going to the movies, and of course following the Patriots and the Celtics!


Ben Silver

Ben has dedicated his career to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through biomechanics.  A certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Ben has pursued extensive specialized education and is a certified Resistance Training Specialist and Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) Specialist.  His continuing education has earned him RTS Mastery level, MAT Mastery level, MAT JumpStart, Force and Nervous System, and Cadaver Anatomy and Biomechanics credentials.  Ben recently travelled to Dallas to complete an intensive 10-month Muscle Activation Techniques internship.


Max Henault

Max started out as a member of the gym before joining the desk staff. With a passion for weight training and an eagerness to help others achieve their fitness goals, the next step for Max was to become an American Council on Exercise certified Personal Trainer. His aim is to help people improve their fitness level by making their time spent in the gym as efficient as possible. Designing training programs that help a client reach their goals in a way that is engaging, effective and enjoyable is Max’s main focus.


Max is a big hockey fan and will rarely miss watching the Bruins play either on TV or at the Garden. He also spends his free time doing graphic design and drawing.


Brian Castellucci

Brian graduated from Plymouth State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Health Fitness and is a certified NASM Personal Trainer and CSCS certified. Brian has 6 years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Being a former college football player and athlete throughout his life exercise and weight training has always been a big part of his life. Brian specializes in power and Olympic lifting as well as functional movement training with elderly adults. He also has a great knowledge in dealing with Kettle bells and hypertrophy training. And as of late Brian has started into marathon training.


His main goal is to push his clients to reach their goals and to succeed above and beyond their expectations.

Jackie Atwater

Originally from New Jersey, Jackie graduated from Elon University in North Carolina in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She then worked for Robert Wood Johnson Fitness & Wellness as a personal trainer with an expertise in special populations, pre and post surgery rehabilitation, and sport performance. Jackie is currently studying for her Master’s in Nutrition at Boston University, with an aim to work with at-risk populations and use her knowledge to enhance her personal training. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, playing soccer, lifting weights and watching baseball.
