BA Sports Management
Steve obtained his Certified Personal Trainer certificate through the American College of Sports Medicine and has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. To complement his personal training certificate he has completed his Level 1 Nutrition Coaching Certification through Precision Nutrition. Steve successfully competed at the high school and collegiate levels in the sport of rowing. His passion to improve his own strength and endurance lead him to continually pursue deeper knowledge of the best practices from across the fitness industry. With this knowledge and practical experience, Steve found the opportunity to help others on their journey to improve their own healthy lifestyles and fitness and sports performance. He now works with people of all levels with safe, effective, and fun training as well as habit based nutrition coaching.

Originally from Lake George, NY, Jason moved to the Boston area to pursue a career in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer. He has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and is also a graduate of the Boston branch of the American Academy of Personal Training. Certified through the American College of Sports Medicine, Jason has a passion for helping others better themselves physically and mentally resulting from his personal fitness and weight loss journey. He specializes in strength training as well as high intensity interval training. Outside of the gym, he enjoys movies, sports and obstacle racing including the Warrior Dash, Tough Mudder and all three Spartan races.

Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University as well as a Master’s in Health & Physical Education from Boston University. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is also a certified Spinning™ instructor. Sarah worked in the athletic department at Boston University as well as with the Boston Breakers of the Women’s Professional Soccer League. In addition to her experience as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer and Spinning™ instructor, Sarah also teaches Circuit Training and Seniors Weight Training classes and is a running coach for the Boston Children’s Hospital marathon team. She’s completed six marathons herself and as a figure skater growing up, competed in eight National Championship competitions. If it has to do with fitness, Sarah’s your girl.
