Meg Baba

Meg earned a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Komazawa University and a Master’s in Communications and Social Psychology from Seijo University, both in Tokyo, her hometown. She also holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the International Sports Sciences Association and will soon receive advance certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. She’s been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor at our Wellesley club since it opened in 2007.


Meg’s focus is on injury prevention and postural analysis. She identifies muscles that need to be improved in order to achieve functional symmetry and performance. She develops a plan for each client that addresses any identified imbalances through specific exercise and focused stretching.


Meg is the mother of two teenagers. In the (very) little free time she has, she performs and competes as a ballroom dancer. She also enjoys museums and the performing arts.

Jim McCaskill


Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Jim has been a personal trainer for over 20 years and licensed physical therapist for over 15 years.  He specializes in post-rehabilitation training with a strong clinical background in orthopedics/sports medicine and geriatric physical therapy.  Jim focuses on injury prevention, independent mobility, functional and sports specific training, and weight loss. He works with clients afflicted with or recovering from fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, cancer and other neurological, genetic and musculoskeletal disorders.  His clients range from 10 to 100 years old and they all rave about his acumen, skill and compassion.

Janine Moore


AFAA Certified Personal Trainer (C.P.T), Group Exercise Instructor


Janine is certified as a personal trainer with AFAA for 11 years. Janine has been in the fitness industry for 24 years. Janine believes it’s never too late to start an exercise program and believes age does not matter! She enjoys working with every demographic to mature adults specializing with menopause and middle age women, including post therapy clients. Her goal is to build confidence in her clients and teach them about a healthier lifestyle. Janine wants to bring the best out of her clients. She is also the mother of two teenage sons and enjoys getting outside in her free time as well as training outdoors with her clients!

Nancy Maguire


NASM/Personal Training, AFAA Personal Training & Group Fitness, FRA Personal Training and Advanced Strength Training, Body Training Systems (Group Ride and Group Power Lifting), P.M.A. Pilates, Johnny G. Spin Certified and TRX Suspension and Functional Training. She also holds a Nutritional Specialist certification from AFAA.

Nancy has been an active member of the New England Fitness Industry for over 20 years both in teaching fitness classes in the Metro Boston area, as well as with One on One and Small Group Personal Training.

As a Trainer, she specializes in Strength Training and multiple forms of Functional Training customized for all levels of age and fitness levels.

In addition to assisting others in fulfilling their fitness goals, her other passions include outdoor cycling, hiking and kayaking.

Nick Tosti


American Academy of Personal Trainers Certification

Nick has been a resident of Wellesley his whole life, graduating from Wellesley High in 2009. Nick grew up playing baseball and football in town and has now transferred his knowledge of sports into his style of training. Nick graduated from American Academy of Personal Trainers in 2015 with a certificate of personal training. Nick’s specialties are weight training, athletic conditioning, and weight loss.

Susan Shale


AFAA Certified Personal Trainer

Susan is an AFAA certified personal trainer for over fifteen years.  Her mission statement is to provide a customized exercise protocol to maximize her client’s fitness goals.
She incorporates a healthy, nurturing and balanced program that is never boring.  Each training session includes, cardio, strength, core and stability work.
She believes that through her training you should fulfill your desires to look good, feel good and do the activities in life you enjoy. Many of her clients have put their trust in her for over ten years.
She is an active mother of three teenage athletes and lives in Newton.
