Eli is a NASM certified trainer and has been training individuals and groups for the past 3 years. He is passionate about fitness and has worked hard to transform his own body. It is because of this that Eli understands the pitfalls of an exercise regimen, as well as techniques to exercise more efficiently and change clients body’s faster. Eli takes the time to understand his clients fitness goals and customizes routines based on individual needs.

He utilizes a variety of exercise equipment to keep programs fun and progressive. His balance of muscle building, core training, and interval training help clients get results and improve functional strength. Whether you’re trying to burn fat or just add more to your squat Eli has the program for you. Eli is currently taking clients.
