I offer customized personal training for all ages and fitness levels. I believe that making fitness a part of your everyday life is critical for both physical and mental health. Strength and flexibility training can help you improve performance, balance, and even prevent injuries. When I meet with a client, the first thing I do is help you assess where you are now and discuss where you want to be. Working together, we ‘ll develop a workout program tailored to your individual needs. Once I understand your personal goals, we’ll set milestones to ensure your workout program is meeting your expectations. I will even do an assessment of your current lifestyle to see what would be realistic for you to do on days we don't meet, to keep you on track.

I have been working for Beacon Hill Athletic Clubs for 30 years. Previously, I was working in the restaurant industry. I felt unhealthy, was always tired, and dragged myself through very long days. I truly know how much exercise can improve your life! My current personal workout focuses on improving my core and upper body strength- as an aerial silks aficionado. I'm continually working on my pull-ups! On the personal side, I am an animal lover. I have been volunteering fostering cats and kittens for the MSPCA for 15 years.
