Nancy Maguire


  • NASM/Personal Training, AFAA Personal Training & Group Fitness, FRA Personal Training and Advanced Strength Training, Body Training Systems (Group Ride and Group Power Lifting), P.M.A. Pilates, Johnny G. Spin Certified and TRX Suspension and Functional Training. She also holds a Nutritional Specialist certification from AFAA.

Nancy has been an active member of the New England Fitness Industry for over 20 years both in teaching fitness classes in the Metro Boston area, as well as with One on One and Small Group Personal Training.

As a Trainer, she specializes in Strength Training and multiple forms of Functional Training customized for all levels of age and fitness levels.

In addition to assisting others in fulfilling their fitness goals, her other passions include outdoor cycling, hiking and kayaking.
