Steve helps busy professionals integrate exercise and nutrition, change their bodies, and live life confidently. He has been training one-on-one and instructing group fitness classes for over 5 years. After a couple years of training clients Steve started to realize how important good nutrition was to his clients goals. He has since learned from the best and added nutrition coaching to help his clients get real results. Steve competed in rowing for 10 years and now continues to pursue powerlifting and distance running goals. Always looking to improve himself and use new tools with his clients he has found kettlebell training to be a fun and time efficient method to achieve any health and fitness goal. Steve will put his knowledge and practical experience to use to help you create lasting change!
