Susan is an AFAA certified personal trainer for over fifteen years. Her mission statement is to provide a customized exercise protocol to maximize her client’s fitness goals.

She incorporates a healthy, nurturing and balanced program that is never boring. Each training session includes, cardio, strength, core and stability work.

She believes that through her training you should fulfill your desires to look good, feel good and do the activities in life you enjoy. Many of her clients have put their trust in her for over ten years. She is an active mother of three teenage athletes and lives in Newton.
