1️⃣ Rear foot elevated split squats - 1.5 reps - x8-10 each side
2️⃣ Eccentric push-up to hand release explosive push-up x8
3️⃣ Alternating V-Ups x10 each side
4️⃣ Foot elevated (on foam roller or other small hard object) single leg bridge - isometric hold x :20-:30s each side
✅ Repeat 4-5 rounds, rest as needed.

Regressions: Air Squat, Alternating Lunges, Static Lunges
Progression: Add Load
2️⃣ Eccentric push-up to hand release explosive push-up
Regressions: Couch push-up, push-up from knees, standard push-ups
Progressions: Elevate feet

Regressions: Single leg raises, leg raises
4️⃣ Foot elevated (on foam roller or other small hard object) single leg bridge
Regressions: Remove foot elevation, remove unilateral
I love this gym! I belong to the Cleveland Circle location. It's a very welcoming environment, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's super clean and has tons of fun class options and weights/machines. The Zumba class is my favorite so far. I'm very glad I joined.

It’s also super close to my work and home, which makes working out multiple times per week really easy!
Great athletic club! Offers everything I need for my lunch time work outs; free weights, dumbbells, universal machines, treadmills, the yoga room for stretching and core workouts. Love that you can sign up for a yoga class and others without any additional fees. Very clean & the support staff are awesome! Looking forward to the rest of 2019 with you guys.
