There are several different platforms being used to conduct these classes. Some are live and some are pre-recorded and posted for you to do on your own time. Please bear with us as some of the platforms are very new to us. We're here for you so if you have any fitness related questions, whether they're related to the classes or a at home workout, please reach out. Monday

12:30-1:00pm Sculpt with Sydney Kanjuparamban (Brookline Village)

"I've been teaching group exercise (mostly Spinning) for 6 years and Spin and Sculpt at Brookline Village for the last year. We spin for 30 minutes and then finish with strength training pyramids and a good stretch. If our 6:15am class time has kept you away, now's your chance to try it out! I'll be doing a 30 minute version of the sculpt portion of the class Monday's at 12:30pm. We'll work abs, arms, legs and glutes. I'll tailor the workout so no equipment is necessary! If you like the full Spin and Sculpt experience, add 30 minutes of cardio before or after the class. See you soon!"

9:00-10:00am Barre Sculpt with Jacqie Stathis (Wellesley)

Members of all ages and abilities are invited to join Jacqie for a Barre Sculpt Class. Participants will need access to ZOOM and a few suggested supplies:

  • Yoga mat or towel
  • Light hand weights (if available)
  • Yoga strap or towel
  • A chair or something sturdy to hold for balance

6:00-7:00pm Zumba with Ketty (Cleveland Circle)

7:00-7:45pm Boxing with Carolyn (Cleveland Circle)

45 minute boxing class. Rounds of shadow boxing and body weight exercises will keep your heart rate up and help burn calories!

5:30-6:45 pm Gentle Yoga for Rough Times with Celeste LeMieux (Wellesley)

"In this class you will move steadily in and out of poses, freeing every joint and stretching all the major muscle groups in your body. You get to define what "gentle" is by feeling into what your body is needing week-to-week, sometimes working more deeply, sometimes choosing to rest in a pose. This class is designed to move you out of stress response and into relaxation response. We will begin each class with a guided centering and end with a deep relaxation. Guaranteed, you will leave class feeling more relaxed, at pease and at home in your body!"

6:00-7:15pm Anukalana Vinyasa Yoga with Gino

11:00-11:45pm Full Body Circuit with Lauren (Combat Sports Boston/ North Station)
